I trained to be a teacher to make a difference to the lives of children and young people. The mainstream did not fulfil that ambition! I was forced to teach to the test and bogged down in endless admin and data collection. Working for EE allows me to use my teaching skills in a way that really engages my students and I can literally see their growth and progress. This is why I became a teacher!”
